REFUND POLICY
Overview
Refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Slices cannot be used or removed. The pizza must be in its original form.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Be sure you are checking the correct account for the card used to make the purchase.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it typically takes 5-10 business days before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our business. We sell in monthly drops and cannot exchange your product once it has been purchased. Please review our refund policy section for additional details.
Incorrect Addresses
If the address was written incorrectly by the purchaser (i.e. missing unit number, an old address, etc.), we will re-ship the item under two conditions:
1) The parcel is returned to us by UPS
AND
2) The purchaser pays the shipping fee for the new address
